How I Unclogged my Tazz K33 Chipper Shredder with a 301cc Viper Engine. Green vegetable plants not a good idea to feed the Tazz.

bought the earthquake 33 301 cc chipper the other day from Lowes, going to take it apart before I use it to re sharpen the blades and put antiseize on the bolt threads so when I do take it apart to sharpen the blades it will be easy to take apart.I know it sounds crazy but a little extra time to do this before I use it will save me time. plus I'll do it during Thanksgiving in the warm shop at home. Thank you for your videos .

Sounds like a plan because it will eventually have to come apart. Thanks for the comments.

Video insightful. Ours clogged w/in first hour using green soft wood. Poor shipping/packaging resulted in bent pieces upon assembly. Thx to you, now know how to disassemble to clear the clogged. Thank you!

Enjoyed your video! Love the end bloopers, reminded of me when I first got mine. The fuel switch shut off is the opposite position of my other small motors, I nearly pulled my arm out. Lol Enjoy!

Yep absolute nightmare have to work on this. Don't use it for palm trees. It dulled my blades in minutes

Is it always so difficult to pull start, I found one on CL for $350. But if it's that hard to start I may pass on it. Great video though.

I have the same model. Used it today for a few hours, oak & maple, ran great. It won’t start if you have the choke on when it is warmed up. Choke off, starts right up. That Viper engine is great!

I always shut the fuel off and then let the engine quit on its own. I have been amazed that after is has set up for a month or two it starts on the first pull just like a Honda engine.
