Sputum test was negative in my case also. But 1 god like doctor challanged me that i must start dots. He assumed things by my xray report. And finally after treatment i am cured now. Thank god i believed on him.

Depend on lungs main kitna damage hua hai. Agar lungs main pani jyada bhar gaya hai to apki recovery ke hisab se apko hospital main rehna hoga. 1 week se 2 weeks lag sakte hain.
