A most Musical engine (Trainz Stories)

Servus! For the third and final part of The Kirk Ronan trilogy, a new engine has arrived from Austria. As part of the agreement with The Fat Controller and ÖBB for their part in assisting the electrification of the Kirk Ronan branchline as part of the extension of the Peel Godred electrification, they sent an electric locomotive named Wolfgang to Sodor. Wolfgang, being a Siemens Taurus (ES 64 U) soon gets noticed by the other engines for his musical traction motors, like the other Taurus locomotives. While the other engines, including the current Peel Godred Electric fleet tease him and making music related jokes, be it Mozart of The Sound of Music, Molly stood up for and cared for Wolfgang during his first days. Especially that Wolfgang was somewhat kicked of from his Vienna shed and then put onto the ship. Then when Gordon bursts his safety valve and after a risky rescue, will the engines finally appreciate Wolfgang, as he becomes a new member of the Peel Godred Electric fleet? Also will Molly say goodbye to Hedgehogs or will a new family appear in her new shed?
And I would like to say I made my best attempt to speak German in an Austrian Accent for when I do the German parts. Plus I can only speak German to some extent, so if I got anything wrong, then all I can say is, es tut mir leid.

I just want to make it clear to anyone in doubt that I kept my usage to Google Translate to an MINIMUN. Sometimes I did use it to check if I was correct in my grammer, declensions, etc. I used Wiktionary to to find words that I needed a translation of. As for my Austrian Accent, I used video tutorials on how to speak it, as I did not want Wolfgang to sound German rather than Austrian. I can speak German to a degree. Vielen Dank. Those Siemens Eurosprinters are the real European workhorse; equally at home on 200kph+ Railjet expresses or some of Europe's heaviest and most demanding freights. They're a true mixed traffic locomotive; the last UK equivalent was the now the 35 year old Class 90s (which the Eurosprinters would have replaced if we'd had a UK version). I like the Swiss / Austrian push-pull trains where the driving control cars are exactly the same as the locomotives.

Wolfgang, what a character...... I'm sure some of or many of us can relate to him with the rocky transition to Sodor frorm Austria and how crazy things got when our resident Three Stooges (i.e. Gordon, Henry, and James) started to gossip about and poke fun at him with Diesel instigating and fanning the flames until the insults that the Peel Godred electrics and Diesel 10, Gordon, Henry, and James threw at him got under his skin and left him boiling mad and homesick despite his service to sodor being invaluable given his fluency in English and Austrian or German. But, if anything, I thought Gordon, Henry, and James would've matured by now given what they went though prior to this episode. Oh, well, some things never change, I suppose. All in all, great episode and a nice touch of a conclusion to Molly and her story eith her family of hedgehogs at the end along with a great introduction to Wolfgang.

If you look at them here they are the Woodhead Class 76 & 77 locomotives. In reality, Class 77 Nederlandse Spoorwegen Serie 1500 can run on Hollandstrecke Duisburg Oberhausen Arnhem to Emmerich am Rhein Grenze Bundesrepublik Deutschland Niederlande pre 2016 where they are replaced by Wolfgang ÖBB DB Dispolok MRCE Baureihe 182 1016-1216 locomotives from there to Austria.

Danke, but I will say that Wolfgang's English speech is based of as a native English Speaker me hearing German speakers speaking English, some a bit exaggerated (from English speaking media). On my newer videos of Wolfgang, I have brushed up on his Austrian German, as well as his driver, "Oida"
