Finally some truly significant CHANGES for the classic scene most importantly some legitimate class balance my hunter's currently around 35, and I can't wait to play it at 70 it'll feel bittersweet leaving my current main behind (priest) but besides my main my only other 60 is a shaman, which I'm really looking forward to playing at 70 as well

They won't change items between patches, because they want to keep the workload down; they'll only be making content additions throughout the BC lifespan.

can you do pre patch warlocks talents changes for raiding before tbc actually comes out? i feel like it will slightly change the current sm/ds ruin meta

Well it depends on how long they make us wait for the pre patches when I would say and my opinion I want right after blizzcon

I don't expect anything too serius. And the we don't have data is so funny, why private servers can somehow have the date? (okay not proc rates and 100% perfect accurate but still really close)

I think you misinterpreted their statement. It clearly says they are just migrating all existing servers to TBC and then releasing new classic servers that you can transfer to. This is in line with the leaks.
