TBC Slave Pen mage solo AOE farm 110k exp in 11 mins

If anyone is worried about mana, you can basically just use rank 1 blizzard over and over and use max rank blizzard on the clear cast. If you mostly do this and have mana gems and a few mana potions, this is a simple aoe farm. Just a long one but definitely doable. Even with lower mana, its all about being careful with your mana and not rushing it. Also, dont be afraid to use your water elemental for a couple free frost novas.

You can do this in full "of the Eagle" greens and stacked int/stam/spirit or mp5 at 62-63 if you practice enough. It's not super hard, you just have to be really careful and get the strategy down. You need to be a good mage too lol

Also, you need minor speed increase on boots and get enchants with int and spirit, use brilliant mana oil and nightfin soup for mp5 as well. For the tree, ditch frost elemental and get Arcane Meditation so you get an extra 30% mp5 while casting, on top of mage armor (now you have 60%!)

Boost mage Use boosted mage to level girlfriends character thru dungeons Of girlfriend character is mage already then sweet If not - boost another mage, on girlfriends account, use that mage to get your other characters leveled.

You can easily 2 man this with a buddy-mage. Makes it trivial. Just get the pulls and bunching up sorted. Ofc the xp is not as good as a 1 man show, but you can still out perform xp/hour vs questing.

Hit escape in game and go to interface, then camera, then there's an option for "smart pivot". Change it to none

Guys dont do slave pens and waste your time like me...First of all you need a lot of mp5s gear to have enough mana reg you can also bet on clearcasting but it has a lower chance on blizz rank 1 to proc.. so its really rare. Also you need ms speed enchant on boots . Dont even try to go there with 61 if you dont have spell hit on gear. Also dont think after 1 hour you can do it. Because you cant . Those people learned it in the beta and practice really long. Its inpractical if you think. Ahh i just watch this video. Do what he did and boom instant lvl 70...it doesnt work. Just search for a spellcleave group 2 mages 1 destro lock . 1 priest heal 1 pala tank. You Pull 4 mob groups. Easy reliable xp source :)

I haven't done beta also. In fact AFKed for a long times before tbc. It's not a easy farm but if you are familiar with mage aoe farming it's not that hard. My gear is just 6 pieces of T2 with NAXX staff, not really stacked a lot of mp5 gears. the main source of your mana regen actually comes from major mana pots and mage gems. Also if you are a gnome the 5% int can makes a big difference. I started at lvl 61 and getting better along the way. GL!

this kind of boosting isn't really that hard, if you could do 19pack ZG or the 500mob mara in classic, you most definitely can do this

If you have experience doing things like mara pulls, zg pulls..etc then this really isnt that far off. it wouldnt be too difficult to learn. You are right that you need mp5, consumes, and some decent gear though.

I love how either they nerf all these guides or mobs have different abilities when im trying to run these dungeons, I get "counter spelled" by one of those mobs when I try to to do this whem im casting blizzard, how is that possible? I would love to know, not only that but it deals half my hp in damage

Hi man, I have been AFK for a while. It could be they changed the mechanism considering blizzard seriously doesn't like aoe farm. If nothing changed, from my experience, it could be the frostbite talent or a third character like your elemental water interfering with the mob's casting

WIthout T2 set bonus and only level 60 iv deemed it not possible.. There is always 1 -2 mobs that resists and just runs streight through my blizzard.. so im waiting untill 61 before i revisit this farm again.. :/

Was having some trouble on my 61 boosted mage, grp with 2nd boosted 61 and we had no problems still 1k+ xp per mob. If having trouble make a friend 😃 shure lock would work to

@@sisto83 found out its when the mobs don't take damage for a while (30-50sec) their xp is reset to the amount of hp they have.

Think your maths needs a little work. You start at just under 2 bars, lets say 7% xp . You finish at around 4 1/2 lets say 23% xp. That's 98k - not 110k.
