Dear God, Borticus really is back. So to recap, £50 each for some modules that do very little (and one has the most unfeasably annoying sound effects), some traits which reward basically no drops of worth, a melee weapon which is shocking poor performance against both the cost and performance of any other lobi weapon, or a decent costume (at least for the US market); £10 for a default melee weapon that does meh damage, which you'll never use anyway and which uses up a device slot too; or £25 for a 1/15 chance to get a decent combat pet (that doesn't do that much damage). So much wow.

@N7-ElusiveOne I just spent 3k Lobi last mnth on gear mostly and all of that was from opening boxes this year which did not get me one single ship!!! This year I think Cryptic lowered ship % drops even more since last year when I managed to get 3 from a lot less opened boxes and i am talking only infinity. Or it can be that Infinity is now overfulled (wording :)) with non stop adding new junk and the % is in on itself lower bcz of that, what I have found in testing after many years its not even about the percentage but something more sinister which companies do like the casinos IRL.

W😮W, That Badgey combat animation is WILD, he is a savage. It is simultaneously so violent and funny it's hard to believe it's in Star Trek. I'm also a Star Wars and Warhammer 40k fan and I can't say I've seen anything even remotely close to this in their universes, this is Space Balls level (T😅😅 crazy funny).

I took him to Nimbus and when he attacked the Gorn I could not stop laughing. He jumped on their head and started to stab them in the head and multi stabs in the neck. Yeah he is worth it. \

I just grabbed the gold Badgey and that was it. There is nothing wrong with any of it, it's just not necessary. If I buy all of those new lobi items I'll forget about them in a week.

The Orion Slaver pets do exactly what these traits do just faster. I tried combining those to see if I get faster results of loot but the truth is, it is the other way around. It takes you longer to collect something. I wonder if the traits cancel out the Orion Slavers loot grabbing.

I bought the Badgey Mark2 (gold non combat pet) off the exchange for 1.4 million ec which is fine. It's amusing and with no sound isn't annoying....yet lol. Personally, and I can only speak for myself here, I find it disgraceful that the Badgeys were put in lottery boxes to milk the player base out of their lobi. I was hoping for better from Deca. Regardless, thanks for another informative video and take care.

I've already made over 2 million EC in the first three days having the treat (both ground and space). I predict in 2 months I'll make benefits from it. Tulaberries and Bataret Incest also sells very nicely on the exchange, sometimes also Jevonight.

It's honestly really sad that the Agimus Drones Kit Module and Badgey Combat Pet do such LITTLE damage. They really need to be boosted up to around Ba'ul Obelisk level. Or at LEAST to the Nano/Grethor Targs!

I saw Batchy on Nimbus I never felt more displaced in STO as in that moment, don't know I don't mind incredibly ugly popsicle alien I'm STO, never felt like this if I crossed with any Easter eggs... But that was somehow different.

They made a typo for Drookmani Salvage Claim space trait. At the very bottom of explanation of what trait does, it says ''When you defeat a Foe OR Cruiser Rank...'' hehehe

The salvage traits shouldn’t have been traits. They should have been passive devices. They cost too much and take away too valuable of a trait slot for what they deliver. If you could pick one of them up, slot it into devices, and it just passively ran in the background with you completely forgetting about it, maybe it would be worth it. I just can’t see giving up the trait slot for it, especially with that return.

Badgey Combat pet is for C&C builds. Will get one if they hit 60 million.

There is even a weapon, an agony phaser rifle, with an alt fire that holds the target and temporarily makes them unkillable. You'll make people mad if you use it.

combat badgey has low drop rate? guess I lucked out on that one then. I wanted only a non-combat one (no matter which one) and the first box I opened was the combat one. after that I got the non-combat mk 2 one and that's all I've spend on badgey.

if you mixed the orion raider ship pets with that salvage trait i wonder if it will work better? because Orion ship pets are also meant to bring in items when they attack ships.

The inclusion of AGIMUS and Badgeys into STO is just so cool and fun... I'm waiting for Peanut Hamper to turn up next!! I have AGIMUS and Badgey, they're pretty useless and I rarely ever use them, but I love having them all the same 👍

There are two free giveaways running until October 1st in the Promotions tab of the Zen store on PC, but the Samuel Clemens outfit is the only new uniform in the Lobi store.

If the sword were able to be gotten for EC it might have been interesting. Other than that (and maybe the traits if drop rates were buffed) these are just not particularly interesting... and that is from a fan of Mark Twain's stories. I know the baton is the best in its (highly restricted) class, but it does not seem that much better than the (FREE) Terran Knife.

I like that they seem to be going for some interesting visual effects, but I'm confused as to why they don't make them competitive in their slots. They just have to make them "as good" combatwise, and people will buy them.

@@lasarith2 Oh sorry, mate. I misunderstood. He got 47 waves because he's killing them instantly. It's the same on patrols like Ninth Rule. That last mob will spawn over and over until the timer is up.
