The only thing I can imagine is that there's enough whales left who buy every new thing they put into Mudd's that this model is still viable. It's not a good model, but it seems to have worked for them so far.

If they wanted to move this bundle, they should have put the Xindi-Primate Ateleth Dreadnought Cruiser for the Superweapon Ingenuity trait instead of the Olaen.

I would have bought the bundle for sure if that was the case. Having easy non-lobi access to a ship with the meta BO extender trait would have been awesome (even if pricey)

The ship with the BO extender has been a good seller for players that sell & players that buy . Thanks to that , we didn't see a crazy price attached to that ship / Trait . It's much easier to scrape together 250-300 mil EC than thousands of Zen . If all the top tier Traits cost that much, business would be booming . Instead , at best most of the top tier Traits go for 1.5 billion EC, which is out of the reach of 80% of the players base , who can afford 1 maybe 2 Traits at that price . Supply vs Demand .

I really, really, really hope that this means we'll be getting a 50% off Mudd's Bundles sale relatively soon. I know they've been decreasing the amount of times a year they bring back the old bundles, but they've usually done at least two over the past several years - once right around the anniversary and another during Black Friday. I wasn't able to take advantage of the Black Friday sale due to IRL reasons, so hopefully they'll do one during the anniversary. It feels very fitting with it being such a big milestone for the game that they'd use the hype to really push a big sale like that - fingers crossed.

Given the fact that it is so easy to get the Edoulg, with lobi or on the exchange, its not a bundle that makes sense. And though the Edoulg is a top sci-exotic ship, you really must like this specific outlook and the rotating corpus. I like to have a mix of top ship but also somewhat fitting characterwise and play besides Edoulg and the romulan Verne equivalent the Sh'vhal Temporal Science Spearhead on my vulcan captain, thats a beauty and makes really fun.

I wish they would upgrade these ships slightly when they put them in mudd's (better seating, unlock their consoles, etc). Call them like the plus versions or something of the like.

I keep hoping they will put together a Bundle with a couple of good ships, but this one doesn't even have a single good ship. How do they expect this to sell well? Had they swapped some things around and added the Crossfield Refit, this Bundle would've sold a few hundred more copies!

A very underwhelming choice, but that's fine. Three more premium ships eliminated from the pool of possibilities for any future Mudd's bundle and I can save my Zen for the hopefully much better 15th anniversary package instead. Have to disagree about choosing four T6 coupons for the two picks beyond the Edoulg. At the bundle's sale price, you'd effectively be paying 9,833 Zen for those four coupons. Considering the three-pack Zen store coupon bundle from previous years was 6,000 Zen...or 4,500 Zen in a 25% sale, paying nearly 10K for four is a horrible deal. If I was going to buy this bundle (which I'm not), I'd go for 100 bound keys instead (which gives you the Lobi and lock box rewards inc 100 chances at a ship). 5x20 Keys bought separately would cost 8,435 Zen (at 25%off) via the keyring bundle, they're unbound and you''d also net five free Ultimate Upgrades. Mudd's bundle keys still aren't great, but a better value option than the T6 coupons in my opinion. Although I suppose it depends if there are ships you particularly want from the Zen store. Still waiting for the Mirror Warship and the Crossfield Refit to hit a Mudd's or anniversary bundle....for obvious reasons!☺

This is some crazy time. Just yesterday, I was looking at a sphere builder and nakuhl ships but decided not use a coupon for then, cause just one character would get it. But know hmmmmm🤔

Eh? Sphere Builder & Na'kuhl ships are lockbox or Lobi ships. You can't use a T6 coupon for them. T6 coupons can only be used for individual Zen store ships and ARE account unlocks, not just for one character.

It's a pass for me on this one. Although I do like the visual look of the Xindi and the Na'kuhl ships, they don't add anything for me in the game. I have an EPG build on the Chekov but I'm not chasing records on EPG, so the Sphere builder ship isn't worth it for me either. If I did end up wanting it, I'd just buy it off the exchange. It's another good breakdown video and I was doing similar with the spreadsheet to look at the stats of each ship. Looking forward to the anniversary giveaways and the 15th Bundle, especially if it is more TMP era ships.

I saw this annoucement and looked at the 3 ships which are 8 to 10 years old and thought who is going to buy this, these ships are nothing special and today's Zen Store ships are better. This bundle is an easy pass but there will be a few people with more money than sence will buy this.

I'm not impressed and this feels bad. I'm a casual STO player and I get this might fit some ones EPG build but even then pass. They really need to start to unbind consoles to ships if they are going to add them to mudds.

I'm going to disagree. Even with an EPG build these old ships aren't worth the price tag. They're so many better ships in the zen store now that are cheaper that these. Sorry but giving it a C rating is just being way too nice. If this is the quality of bundles we can expect from DECA from now on, I don't see this game lasting.

Winning a ship within 50 keys you're so clever in your jesting clearly ... right? lol I don't find this bundle very compelling beyond that Edoulg but I don't science much. I would've been more interested in a complete Xindi ship bundle for example. More of DECA copying Cryptic's but true tactic of reselling old, & irrelevant, items. DECA should rethink Cryptic's approach of keeping these older ships' consoles locked to ships & just let them be universal.
