The streets are clean and also the pavements are in good condition. Saw almost no homeless peoole lying on benches and stray dogs. The city has no almost tall buildings which is good thou sometimes it meant business is booming. Guess you can not have both ways, each has its own merits and cons.

This is a heart-breaking when we see graffiti everywhere in Tbilisi. During the Soviet era, people cared about the city. Today, some young people have adopted the liberalism, and this is why city looks ugly.
