Love that vid brother but Adjarian Khachapuri comes From ADJARA,Batumi you have to eat it there.That’s 2 different taste eating adjaruli in tbilisi and eating in The mother city of Adjarian khachapuri.

I do believe you can find them! Their most famous dishes are all pretty heavy on gluten, but I did a google search and there are definitely some Gluten-Free restaurants you can check out! I can't speak to their quality, but the option does exist!
