G'day, The Models were small & fast when Modellers were young and poor with keen eyesight..., and then Asia began supplying bigger Models which came pre-built, almost ready to fly - as the Modellers became sufficiently cashed-up as to be able to afford it....; but as the Modellers aquired old Eyesight and their Grandchildren preferred Video-Games, behold, the 2-metre Wingspan models grew to become 4 metre Spans, not only because Grandpa can afford it - but if it's any smaller, then them olde-fashioned Eyeballs can't see it as it flies out of sight... At least, that'd be my guess as to how it comes about that such huge superb Models are able to gather together so regularly, and so often, to be captured by tbobborap...; & his Cameras... Such is Life, ;-p Ciao !
