In Japanese military point of view, time is a matter of utmost importance and they cannot afford to wait until our AFP will reach its apex of modernization program. With it's nature of curiousity and cunning sense, Japan is able to grasp what China has in mind. At this point, Japan has just made the timely decision to create something very relevant.

Thanks for the insigth. It is indeed good that Japan will help us since we have the same goal. Technically we should also involved Vietnam, Indonesia and Malaysia. We all know that by doing this we can contain China's bullying by cooperating to all claimant country. It is not war we are seeking but we need to be prepared for the worst.
