I have one of these, and it most definitely works well for ambient! The Toneprint editor lets you do some crazy stuff with the Mash button, too.

Excellent pedal, so much out of the box and you can save so much space on the board. Great playing as always!

Thank you very much! The thing I like the most is the toneprint section to create my own type of reverb, and yes the fact that I can save space on the pedalboard 🙏

Pregunta: Toda la muestra de los efectos esta sumada a un delay o solo es reverb
@PerryFrank3 күн бұрын
All the sounds you hear are made only with this reverb pedal. No delay or other effects added
@w.rustylane56503 жыл бұрын
Nice video. This will be my first pedal because of the software you can download any reverb sound you want and tweak it to your liking. Not to mention you can input and output in stereo. I have a stereo guitar amp with stereo effects loops.

informative video, thanks.........hey, 1 question: does it go to 100% wet, with just the knob? (without using the Kill Dry switch?)
@PerryFrank2 жыл бұрын
No, it doesn't. With the knob you can't have a full wet sound.

Thanks. good to know. I have a Neunaber Immerse Mk1 which I love - but it's the same thing. (Only the Mk2 Immerse goes to 100%) Thanks for your quick response! Happy Now Here!
@cravatmusic62332 жыл бұрын
Wow..with the "level" knob fully turned it seems like you really can get a fully wet sound, or so it seems. Can anyone confirm?...thankss
@PerryFrank2 жыл бұрын
You can't have a full wet sound with the HOF2. The only way is to create a preset on your pc with the Toneprint app and then upload it on the toneprint slots
@azaricorindo10 ай бұрын
Man, please tell me: i've watched some reviews on internet and realized very different sounds, specially with Shimmer and Church...did you use another effect with the HOF2?
@PerryFrank10 ай бұрын
No other effects

Is it possible to use wet and then semiwet signal without using the switch inside the pedal (kill dry) everytime? Wanna buy this pedal, but if it isn't possible to achieve the wet signal by the level knob, thats bad...
@billyscrapper3 жыл бұрын
great video .. are any of your toneprints available for download?
@PerryFrank3 жыл бұрын
Thank you very much, you can simply recreate them positioning the knobs in that same way.
@Kostas-Kantounis2 жыл бұрын
Great vid once again Perry! For the "shimmery" tones do you have the tone knob rolled back on the strat and using fingers? They sound quite subtle (great actually).

@pratyulmusic3 жыл бұрын
Hello are you also using a volume expression pedal ?
@PerryFrank3 жыл бұрын
No other pedals, the swells are created using the volume knob of the guitar

@@PerryFrank hi I am torn between this and walrus slo for ambient ? What would you recommend ?
@PerryFrank3 жыл бұрын
@@pratyulmusic it depends on your set, this one has stereo and ordinary sounds, warlus has better sounds but it's mono.
@sergejkrynycky7283 жыл бұрын
@@pratyulmusic I'm returning my Slö right now and getting the HOF 2 actually. Reason for that is that even tho Slö sounds wonderful, It's not very versatile. IF you have any other reverb pedal (or good built in pedal in your amp) that fulfills your basic reverb needs, take the Slö. It's amazing. But if you want a reverb to use both for ambient AND as "always on" for your basic tones, the Slö wont work. It's a pedal made specifically for ambient/atmospheric music. I'm getting the HOF 2 because it can do both and sounds more than good enough, even tho it doesn't have the boutique vibe to it like the Slö does. On the other hand, in the price of the Slö you can fit HOF 2 + some other pedal or piece of gear you might need.

@@sergejkrynycky728 hi would explain your rig ? I want a direct in option to PA or DAW and thinking of creating a pedal board for that

Hello! Which one would you choose: this pedal or Mooer A7?
@PerryFrank3 жыл бұрын
I love stereo sounds, I'd choose this one because of its stereo possibilities.
