This is interesting I have a reverted Amazonica that’s given me so many corms and the babies first leaves are super high color and then the second is eh, still waiting on the 3rd one 😂. Thanks for the info!

Hi there. I’ve had exactly the same thing happen. On leaf one I got an all pink leaf then a green leaf then a splattered one and then leaf four I got the most stunning pink and steel grey leaf, hope your next leaf is stunning. Send me a picture, dying to know how the next leaf looks.

I'm new to the plant hobby and while replanting an alocasia I had 3 Itty bitty corms fall off. I've put the in perlite and covered the container so there is lots of moisture. How long does it typically take for them to grow? They were cream colored when they fell off, now there is a brown covering on them. Somedays it looks like a little green is starting to pop up and other days I'm not sure. Wondering if I should give up on them.

@zengrl777 That's a tough one to answer. Could take a week, could take 8 months. Corms go at their own unpredictable pace. It's inconvenient lol
