Many "lake community" benefits that should also be mentioned: Free use of boats, paddle boards canoes, row boats. Free fishing of stocked trout to a max per month Fire pits Tennis courts Basketball courts Playgrounds Exercise equipment BBQ facilities You can usually rent out a private area for private functions,etc. It's not just the lake... Many lakes have food nearby for a quick snack run I would head home from work after my wife phoned and said that she and the kids are at the lake, and she has my trunks too. All she asked is that I slip by the pizza joint in the adjoining mall and pick up two zahs. They are fence and gate controlled to maintain private use and decorum They set up lighting for night time skating and shinny There is also an "exclusive air" to living in a lake community. People automatically have a slight better acceptance of new aquaintences. Living in a lake community has been perfect for my family.

What it's called "shoulder season" and why? (Note: English isn't my first language.)

+J.E. Rios great question. This is when it’s in-between the two main seasons of summer and winter… meaning the spring and fall.

My question is SE communities are getting hails?
@ChamberlainGroup2 жыл бұрын
+HKR SE areas can. We’ve seen it hit hard more in NE Calgary and Airdrie over the last couple years however.

Chestermere lake is the best

It is fantastic. We didn’t include that in this video as it technically isn’t inside the city limits of Calgary, but for a community near Calgary it is incredible!!!
