Gr8 review, thanks. Unfortunately, that MT9653 (Pentonic 700) is even lower than SONY's 2020 Flagship TVs with MT5895/5893 chips. So, the X1 processor's 4K UpScaling skills and lightning-fast reaction time is NOT available here in C855 ! But it'll do the usual TV Processing... I'm waiting for the Pentonic 1000 (MT5897 or equivalent) on TCL Flagship TVs, maybe on 2025 models ? 🤔

The Fact that this TV does not have a 3,5mm headphone jack is dissapointing. Yet it is clearly seen that PCB has a 6pin empty socket (next to Orange AVR) that seems to be designed for missing PJ-342 headphone jack... Is TCL really cutting off versatility by not soldering in the headphone jack in the dedicated place on the board to save couple of cents on these expensive TV's?

USB 2.0 is too Slow and outdated. They should give USB 3.0 or 3.1
