I always had a feeling that warioware inc was played to rhythm of the music. It was made by the same person who made rhythm heaven after all.

I like how this implies that warioware and rhythm heaven were made by one person

CM means commercial in Japanese. I think this was meant for developers to film game footage for commercials.

CM internally refers to the break between the boss stage and level up. It was probably something to do with “Let’s Pose,” but it wasn’t shown what happens after the boss stage

(4:52) Fronk's microgames in Gold lasted 4 beats instead of the usual 8, maybe a stage that does something similar was planned for Smooth Moves but never made?
@r3ked2722 жыл бұрын
(1:41) If I had to guess, it might have been the poses that appear after each boss, or to test the splashes that appear to show how to hold the remote. Also, fun fact I found randomly: Bungii (the one where you drop the remote) is actually meant to untangle the strap on the remote. It always appears after BYOM or All Wound Up (which require you to rotate the remote) but can appear on its own.
@Skawo2 жыл бұрын
Oh, that's cool. I thought games were randomized, though. Interesting.

Took me 16 years to realize the true purpose of "dropping the remote" mini-game. Really intelligent design by Nintendo.

You can also set it to ludicrous speed instead - Dark Helmet's technicians when explaining the speeds for the ship, off-camera Spaceballs scene that doesn't exist

Nice find. I think "Show" is probably for E3 (etc) demos - that terminology is used in other Nintendo games for that.

0:36 WarioWare Touched's debug menu also allowed players to play microgames slower than the normal 120bpm (as low as 60). To my knowledge, the only WarioWare game where playing a microgames slowly is used is in D.I.Y.; To my recollection, its game-making tool allows users to play their microgames at fixed speeds of either "Slow" (60), "Normal" (120), and "Fast" (180). Funny enough, D.I.Y. plays the microgames' music at Slow speed 3 semitones lower, just like in Touched.

By the way, do you plan on recording some of the multiplayer content? Some of those aren't too minigame related, they could be fun.
@jimboslim2 жыл бұрын
I'm sure he would, if there was a way to have no latency at all since this game does run on tight reaction times
@penitente33372 жыл бұрын
@@jimboslim The thing is, some of the multiplayer games barely have to do with reaction times, though I just explained myself badly in the comments. I believe there's one like that one scissor and strings minigame from Mario Party 8. Don't remember all of them, never got to play them much and it's been a long time since then.
