Sir am on bench for a long time here RMGs are forcing us to selfintiate transfer i don't want to get transfer from my base location.they were saying" there is no projects in this location you have apply for transfer or else HR action will be initiated. I DON'T WANT TO GET TRANSFER.please give information about this

Brother sorry to hear that. I can understand your pain . But unfortunately it's RMG job, it's only them who can help you on this .Just don't fear, tell RMG that you don't want to go to other location. If they are saying HR action will be initiated then tell them that you are ready to face it . You will also get chance to have a discussion with the HR about the same and at last if nothing works then only you agree on moving to other location Please consider subscribing my channel

In this case, you have to find the opening matching your interest. You have to take help from internal reference. Try to check with your friends or you known people if there is any opening that they are aware of

You have heard it right. It's not easy especially during the initial days of your joining. If you have a valid reason then you can approach and try to convince RMG. Wish you all the best . I would suggest you to at least go and talk to them

I have listened from x persons from some x project's if we keep on asking for release. Managers won't listen indirectly or directly they will say us to keep resignation and leave from organisation. Is it true?? Or can we do anything if it happens.

That's not true brother. It depends on person to person but no one has right to ask us to resign.Manager is not the owner of the company. Maine kaam karna band kar dia, and acted like I am the dumbest person for 2 months. Then they gave me release. South m hu m, itna harrasment karte h, meeting k beech m apni bhasha m baat karne lag jatey h, mazaak banatey hain. HR S complaint kari to HR n manager s baat kari fir wo or dhamkaney lag gaye mujhe. Bench p raho or doosre job ka prepare karo is best.

Try kro transfer ho jata hai...transfer jaha krana hai waha ka project le lo phir easily 10days me ho jayega..... Mera to 5days me transfer ho jaya tha lekin mai bahut kosis kiya tha

Brother , you have to talk to your Manager about it. Unless you talk , how will he know that what you want. Whether he will consider or not is 2nd thing, first you need to tell him that . Hi, I'm in TCS from 3.8 yr, I want to transfer my base location from Kolkata to Varanasi due to parent illness and have asked many time to my supervisor and HR, they asked the medical documents, have provided them already and they are not responding my mail. After 2 months again they started to ask to join the office atleast 3 days. I don't know why they are not approving my tranfer request. Please suggest what is the best way to discuss with them. Brother in this case, the only option is to document Everything in the email.If HR is not responding, cc his manager , if his manager is not responding then cc his manager. This is the best option in TCS and believe me it's works Wish you all the best . Please consider subscribing my channel

Hi, I did the same(send the same mail regarding parents illness and transfer with cc their manager) with attached medical documents but today my HR is saying that as per TCS doctor's comments transfer is not approved as per your dependent's health condition and granted me 15 days WFH and said to report on 17th April. Mai 8 month se try kr rha hu 2 bar Maine medical documents v send Kiya vo log medical documents dekhne ke bad chup ho jate hai aur aj Aisa bol rhe hai mujhe smjh nhi a rha kya kru Maine release v manga tha fir se release mangu kya es project se ? Bahut bure log hai real problem hone ke bavjud v nhi sunte. Please suggest me

So in this case can i ask for a transfer to my hometown work location? Is it mandatory to spend 2 years in the original base location before asking for a transfer?

You can ask them directly. But you will have to give them valid medical document. Those documents will be reviewed by TCS dedicated Dr and once they give approval that yes then HR will approve your transfer

Main thing is the getting the release from your current project. Since you already have the release letter more than 70% job is done . Just approach the RMG and inform you are already released and you want a location change .they will do the rest . Just keep following up with them . Please consider subscribing my channel
