Yes. Its true. Hr asked my friends to resign and get salary upto notice period. But my friend ignored Hr and They didn't resign. But within month itself they Terminated my friends who was on Bench.

I joined one organization. They provided me with 3 months of training and during the training period, they paid some stipend in through cheque. FYI Start date is 1 May 2017 to 31 July this is my training period. (You can find in the below attachment training Letter) After 3 months they provided me with an offer letter which is separate from training. The company pays the salary in account and they generate EPF as well. FYI Start Date 1st Aug 2017 and end date 14 Aug 2019. What will be in this case ? Could you please help me. With respect TCS policy ?

if you have already subitted the resignation acceptance email or the relieving letter the PF closure/Non-closure status must not matter for the current company and if the PF account is still active that must be law/policy breach by the previous company and NOT by the candidate. In such case the 2 companies must co-ordinate together and sort out the matter. The previous company can also booked under fraud and NOT the candidate.

Big companies are suffering because of these policies. People have lost trust and sense of security. They keep coming up with new things, and when they don't get skilled people and don't get projects and profits they relax such intrusive policies. Good thing is that new companies and remote jobs are booming as a result. These companies have a habit of exploitation and you are dependent upon stringent background verification company or your arrogant manager or politics. There are many jobs and you should keep your heads up and keep learning and looking out. There are plenty of remote job companies or small companies who are working on better tech stak and making huge profits.

You're absolutely right. I've faced this issue. I started as BA for TCS and after a year they were transitioning me to TCS. However, my BGC got negative due to Hiding employment information. And It's been 5 months, I'm jobless 😢 🙏. My first ever horrible mistake in a corporate life.

Bro, if you absconded then do not worry. create the PF grievance at state level, central level and also seprately at CPGRAM. Go personally to PF head office new delhi and sumit your complaint in written.

i never knew about this. My previous employer always took care of this of putting end date in PF portal. Ideally it should definitely be employer responsibility and employee getting termination because of this very harsh and unethical .

By seeing your previous video on this topic, I checked my account in EPFO portal and I was able to add date of exit of my previous employer PF account myself. If we want to correct the date of exit, then only it will require employer's approval. For me Date of exit was NA and I was able to add it myself. And I updated it successfully.

I disagree to your bond point, any bond or agreement need to be two sided else its not valid.So thats what bigger orgs know and they dont bother ,for startups they just want some money so they run after the employee.Lastly if someone wants to fire there can be any reason pf is just a lame reason.You are doing good job discussing issues faced by others.

Sir, I have seen that by using Aadhar card info only, a group added a person under his company , just because the name was common enough and by Human error it git added into Pf portal, due to their mistake the other person was suffering . I belive the EMPLOYEE should also get a Confirmation Mail that some random company is trying to add you under their Organization and creating the MemberID, by this we can reduce these PF complications as well

Hi, I recently joined TCS, and my background verification (BGV) for my first company came back negative according to HR. My first company was a very small startup. I provided my experience letter and bank statement, but the BGV team said my bank statement was edited. I did not edit the bank statement. During the time of COVID, my previous company did not provide proper salary due to irregular projects. I informed HR about this, and they said they would arrange my relieving. What should I do in this situation? And also I'm contacted my previous company manager he did not send any negative comments or feedback, my manager's contact details were also shared with HR.

It is not easy to handle EPFO in chaning service period. Your slipper will be reduced to the thickness of paper by just visiting EPFO office to change any data. It is very easy to advise others.

Hi sir, I worked for A B C comapny. A company puts wrong exit date in EPFO portal. By that time I started working in B company. so date is conflicting. I ent PFO office to correct the date but as we know govt office. They are not willing to change. Now I'm resigning C and going to join D. In D company they are saying I did dual employment though I did not. all this confusion for wrong exit date by company A. I have all valid documents. Even I have pf passbook where it clear that company A put pf for me till I was there not after that. And In B I didn't have any pf. Is it dual employment?

As a former it employee. It is better to ask time if the cmpnt is asking to givecforcecresignation to serve the notice period and srch for new job meanwhile.. Don't fight with cmpny hr.. It will ruin ur career as ur new employer will tk feedback of old employer and any adverse remark will affect ur workplace at new job

Wrong thing to mock labour law. One can be categorically fired for the following reasons - conviction in POSH (again, not all companies enforce this, they convince to resign), next is arson / assault, fraud in terms of finance at the current company, and when companies cannot afford to pay. Please do not lower citizenship standards of job seekers

Epf department should auto update the end date if pf amount not credited for 2 months in that pf account. This will end this confusion. Sir This is just an excuse and please its not an employee fault at all.

No, you are partially wrong here. Instead of TCS, in spite of employee forgetting to follow up, if it had been any other good product based company, they would have co-operated with the employee by maybe checking Bank Statements or talking to ex HR etc. or whatever needed. It's about MENTALITY of TCS HRs, which is poor, no, extremely POOR in MOST CASES, IF NOT ALL.

Seems like u are still working or ur heart is with tcs thats ur personal freedom. But puting the blame on the employee for not closing previous account is not fair while companies like tcs is more proactive in stoping salaries ,when employee resign .but that proactiveness is not in other items like closing pf account.i have also not follow up to stop salary ..it only egoist atitude of stupid management not to make process simple..i worked in this company for 8 years 10 montshs, did't gave me 5 years completion certificate as well .its purly ugly process

There had been no issues wrt PF update as the next company always understood that it takes time even if the employee does everything necessary. What TCS is doing now is utter bull shit.

In 2021, My previous company (Reliance Nippon Life Insurance) gave me the wrong information about the role and salary. After joining on 10th Spe 2021. I worked there for 10 days and found that they are putting me in a sales scam. I left that company on 21st Sep 2021 and mailed them my resignation. Now when I went to them for my epfo update they are saying they will update my epfo end date as 14th Sep 2023. In this time period I didn't get salary and pf from them. How to deal with this situation.

Hi Sir, I have an query regarding exit date in exit latter with below scanior. In ABC company I have worked till 31st March But I have joining date in XYZ as 28th March. I have exit latter with ABC company exit date with 31st March but in EPFO account last date updated as 27th March because of XYZ company updated joining date as 28th March. Could you please help me how to resolve it.

Hi Sir, I cleared TCS interview round but they are now not considering my profile just because I don’t have my BPO work experience letter. Do NON-IT BPO experience letter matter for Technical job role? BPO was my very first job and later on I join technical job and I submitted all the documents of my technical experience but not getting why non technical experience letter is so important.

Manohar sir, my first company was a very small startup with only 10 members where I worked for 11 months. It is a registered company. But I do no have any PF details for that since they did not deduct any PF amount. I also do not have salary slip or form 16 of that company. I only have bank statements for salaries credited and offer letter and experience letter for that company. I have used this experience to get into Wipro where I am working from last 1.5 years. So can you please confirm if I can use my startup experience in future also or I should stop using startup experience ?

Yes, you can use it as you can show bank statement and release letter. I've changed 4 companies in last 9 years and never faced any issue with that. My first company didn't provide PF or salary slip either. In most cases they ask for the most recent salary slip and not all company's salary slip.

Not fully agree. These MNCs which always speaks about social responsibilities, country's future etc etc, they should have given their own employees who are working day and night for their organisation, a chance to defend themselves atleast. Not only pf account, many other track records can be present, which no one thinks about that much. But they should have given time to justify for that. Please don't support the wrong, saying it is normal now a days. We support you because you are a voice of a general IT professional. Not the lawyer of company. Excuse me for the straight forward comment.

Hi my friend got pip and his hr said that the last week review day will be last working day if pip is not completed. Hr said that they will do normal separation. Is that means resignation or termination? How it will effect experience letter and relieving letter? Also if the last review day is last working day then notice period will not given. So, what to say to interviewing persons. How bgv and reference checks will effect because of pip? Accenture company

Kuch v if some one have relieving letter with date mentioned they how they idiots are considering it dual employment just because exit date not mentioned in pf ? 😂😂😂 one more thing exit date we can fill by ourselves in just 5 min. So I think you don't have much knowledge that since 2019 we can mark our exit date by ourselves .

After putting our exit date of your previous employer you either have to send it to your current employer or previous employer… Any one of them can approve so better you can send it to the current employer as they will approve it easily with less follow ups. I too did the same… @ManoharBatra bhai thanks for your guidance we are learning a lot about the current market from your videos…

i have recently joined a company on 5-sep-2023.In my offer letter they have not mentioned any probation period which unfortunately i assumed that for three months i am in probation(notice period is 90 days). Now i have received offer from other company and they are ready to on board me without releiving and experience letter from my current employer.My next employer gave joining date as 8-jan initially basis on which i resigned. But now my next employer want me to join by 15 nov i am also keen to join them(they said they have to revoke offer if canot join by 15-nov).i have told my current employer that i will be able to server notice till 10-nov.if i dont serve notice period with my current employer will there be any problem.i dont want to miss on the opportunity with my next employer as its a very good company.Her my manager said you have to server full notice period.Kindly guide what could be future issues and may be how can i handle them. Its just 2 months gap that i will have.

if you are fresher ... no issues ill be faced but if exp then complete np or leave salary of np months...Check once with HR..
