TCS is paying a very low salary compared to other IT companies in India. Also, they first appoint women for a particular location. After some time or after joining, TCS transfers women employees to other States with intention to make the employees resign voluntarily so that TCS appoints new employees at very cheap salary to make huge profits. One more intention is that TCS HRs in different locations have lobby with some Engg colleges to go for placement & give appointment so that they make money from Engg College Management.😊

ரொம்ப நல்லது. எல்லா ஆன் வேலையில்லா த வர்களுக்கு வேலை கிடைத்து விடும். அவர்கள் குடும்பமும் முன்னேறும். பெண்கள் வேலை இல்லாமல் இருந்தால் கூட புருஷன் குடும்பத்தை காப்பாற்றி விடுவான். ஒரே குடும்பத்தில் பெண்ணும் ஆணும் வேலை பார்த்தால் இன்னொரு குடும்பத்தின் ஆன் வேலை இல்லாமல் குடும்பத்தை காப்பாற்ற கஷ்ட படுவான். ஆக பெண்கள் வேலையை விட்டு போவது நல்லது. வீட்டுல உட்கார்ந்து கொண்டு work from home என்ற பெயரில் குத்தாட்டம் போட நினைக்கிறார்கள். அப்போ அரசு ஊழியர், வாங்கி ஊழியர், பள்ளி ஆசிரியர் பெண்கள் மட்டும் காலையில் அடிச்சி பிடிச்சு எந்திரிச்சு அலுவலகத்திற்கு போய் மாலை 6 மணிக்கு மேல் திரும்புகிறார்கள் எல்லோரும் முட்டால் களா? Even I don't want to RTO, WFH is the best, we can control our expense and many many other reasons are there if we do WFH, TCS management pls consider this and stop forcing employees to RTO else many more employees may resign and move out from TCS

Many commentators blame IT companies for paying poor salary. All please mind it. The salary paying by the IT companies are enough to meet the daily family needs. But here the employees after joining IT companies they start to think they are smart. And start to buy luxury items in EMI to show their bogus status. When their salary is not enough to meet the EMI's then they start blame their employer for paying low salary. This is what happens in India. A person is king who has no EMI payable from his salary. Otherwise all are beggers.
