Just found this video, I know it has been a while since it was recorded. I recently started working on a test track for LCC and wonder if you ever created the next installment of this series that you mention at the end of this video. I have searched for it and came up empty. I am also very interested in the Command Station product that is in development. Thanks for the first 2 videos.

So does this mean that I could in theory use LCC to completely automate an entire day worth of operations?

I would like to see from TCS a complete DCC/LCC system. Very modular controlling tracks, trains, signal, building lighting, scene lights, ambient sounds and ambient lighting including the ability to have various weather such as sunny, cloudy, and stormy. All in one system controlled by one program no matter the size layout, from 4x8 to 50,000 sqft.

As an N scale modeler, I find current on board locomotive sound very unsatisfying. This is largely due to the size limits of locomotive speakers. Rolling Thunder and a few other systems have sought to overcome this limitation in various ways with under layout speakers. Lance Mindheim has installed wireless headphones connected to a fixed sound decoder consisted with the train he is operating. I would like to see a LCC system perhaps combining these concepts in a device(s) transmitting sound via a cellphone connected headset and/or layout speakers following the train movements.
