TDI 1.9L Diesel Swapped Dakota Gets Air Conditioning! How To Setup VW Compressors In Other Vehicles

Going over how I made all the hoses and wiring work for AC in the TDI Dakota using the VW compressor and all original Dodge components. This should work for AHU, ALH, BEW and BHW AC compressors/engines.

Nice! This is probably the same set up my BHW in the jeep jk but mine has add on AC so it makes it easy with 12v on/off. I am running the bew accessory bracket and compressor. I still have to figure out how to the bhw compressor for onboard air.

Picked up a 2011 wrangler. Planning on getting a bhw for it eventually. Currently theorizing my how I would do the gauges. Not really sure where to go with it. On my dakota I have it easy. I've got a dash bezel to accept a holley 12.3

Ya I would just do a custom dash on something like that

@@TDISwaps I did ask carobotor who makes the best aftermarket digital for the wrangler if they could make their dash accept engine info from one ecu and vehicle info from another. Still waiting to hear back.
