25k is not bad salary but regularly getting we can plan many things. Also every employees needs to update otherwise they are backdated from market. If you get a job initially you need to develop yourself.

പണി അറിയുന്നവരെ ഇവർക്ക് വേണ്ട. അവരുടെ കയ്യിൽനിന്നും ലക്ഷങ്ങൾ കിട്ടില്ല.പണിയറിയാത്തവരെ അവർ പണി അറിയാവുന്നവനാക്കി ക്ലയന്റിന് മുന്നിൽ കാണിക്കും. അതിനു വേണ്ടുന്ന set up അഥവാ small training (അദ്ദേഹം last പറഞ്ഞല്ലോ )അവർ തന്നെ ചെയ്യും. നല്ല experience ഉള്ളവരോ അവിടുത്തെ safety rules ഒക്കെ അറിയുന്നവരെ മിക്ക ഏജൻസികളും എടുക്കുകയില്ല. അയാൾ പറഞ്ഞ പോലെ തന്നെ CV യെല്ലാം വാങ്ങിവെക്കും.

Sorry, L&T employs low paid graduates, that's why they are not interested to go to IIT. Don't expect IIT graduates to work for employers like L&T Infotech, one of the worst employers. IIT graduates deserve 100 times more than work for such employers who want to exploit graduates with low pay.
