The te pari yards and crushes have always been good. We havent had a problem with them. Hopefully you get a good price for those heifers and steers

I don't see a baulk gate listed as an accessory on the Lenta. Got one on our 15 yr old Te Pari crush and I wouldn't be without it. Great crushes, ours still works like new.

Great bit of kit. Interesting Alistair you can keep PI's 8 -10 year's Irish government started a BVD eradication programme as all cattle have to be registered in a national database tagged and registered dairy before 7 day's old beef 27 with two tags one of the tags has a tissue sample collector if a calf comes back as a PI must be removed from farm as soon as possible by dead animal disposal yard not into the food chain mother also is tested if a PI removed from farm as soon as possible can go to factory route. Were nearly BVD free few cases in the south of the country but largely free hopefully completely free soon.

@@kiwifarmernz TB over here is an absolute joke 30-40 year's in a TB eradication program and we're no were close to being TB free a lot of wild deer numbers getting out of control and badgers spreading it department of ag vaccinating badgers won't vaccinate cattle yearly herd test reactor test every two months need two clear tests to be clear and free to sell anywhere six month test after that if beside someone locked up but clear as long as your neighbour is locked up your in a four month test cycle.

Why do you have Angus and Angus x over other beef breeds like Hereford and charolis etc

There is a premium here for Angus but will start looking at other breeds
