Meghan almost brought The View to a screeching halt. The six ladies (Whoopi, Joy, Meghan, Ana, Sara and Sunny) had a meeting with show producers, ABC executives and HR to get the problems sorted out and it turned into a shouting match. Later on Whoopi, Joy and Ana went to the ABC executives and told them it’s either Meghan or us. Meghan was let go shortly after.
@AbracadabraBipipityBopotyBOO4 күн бұрын
I did not know that! I always thought it was telling Abby, Meghan’s alleged friend, chose to leave instead of fighting with her. Meghan must’ve been smoking something to think she was going to get the executives to push Sara out over her. I knew Meghan wasn’t long for the show when she tried to over talk Sara and Sara checked her.

Can I say something? I think people are underestimating what Armonn knew and didn’t know about the inner workings of the job. The way he read Al was mostly things a common viewer could see. Al stayed getting facts wrong, calling every celebrity friend, and pulling rank on Armonn from day one of him being a guest. Al demanded respect from Claudia and Armonn and never reciprocated in kind and would get so angry if the other hosts didn’t let him talk and would bulldoze over them to the point we viewers camped out in the comments asking what was wrong with him. Then, Al seemed to want to take the fame Dineva had and have the light shine on him. He wanted a segment all his own and when Armonn got a segment too, he got pissy. And don’t get me started on how he berated Claudia for being a cishet woman and then demanded she show deference to every LGBTQ+ issue. I felt bad for Claudia because Al and Funky would stay talking under her clothes saying she stank and was a whore and a bunch of other unkind things and she just had to sit there and smile. I really think the only person who’s really going to be hurt by this breakup is Al. That man had 50-11 jobs as if he needed every cent he could find to pay his bills while Claudia, Dineva, and Armonn all have consistent jobs they can fall back on. I do think Al’s desire to be a known personality is what helped bring down the demise of TGIF

I believe all the issues on the job came with the 5-days a week salary negotiations. Funky said Claudia was doing some weird stuff behind the scenes, and that is why he had to depart. Al was ready to leave because he had the same issues with Claudia, but he didn't have a way to replace that paycheck. Al sat there like a professional and did his job. Did y'all notice how all of a sudden Al had Al of these new jobs? Al was planning his escape. Claudia was angry with Al and Funky over the salary negotiations, and she never got over that. I believe this is why Claudia told Tasha K that she was tired of working with "the gays." Armon is naturally messy, and Claudia wanted to complain to anyone and everybody who would listen. They became a nasty combo. Armon got into something that he should have stayed out of, and he poured gasoline on the fire. Here is what Claudia and Armon didn't understand: Do not mess with Al Reynolds. Rightfully, Al took his issues directly to HR and management. Unfortunately, Claudia and Armon gave Al the ammunition he needed. If you can believe the text messages Tasha K had, Claudia was trying to get rid of Al. Claudia reached Al gone. Tasha K showed that Claudia chunks not be trusted. She would say one thing and do another thing. The problem for Claudia is that you are not going to claw Al's back and not expect him to get his lick back. With Claudia's constant social media posts, Tasha K outing Claudia, and the video evidence of Claudia going after Al, production knew these people were past trying to worth things out. There is no trust between them. Management had no expectation that Claudia and Armon would be professional during the show's broadcast. They were a hostile work place risk, and Al doesn't play. The show had to be canceled. Claudia never should have talked to Tasha K, and Claudia should have stayed off social media.
@MT-hk9cp5 күн бұрын
Claudia stated she never said "the gays". She sent Tasha a text that ended in s and Tasha ran with it but failed to mention what she said and that TK said f+++s. Claudia said she uses curse words like MFs . The genius was talking to Tasha knowing she would dig her own hole even deeper. Funky had to check her statements awhile ago

I never forget when I first started my job which is in corporate America academia I met up with a HR representative and she wanted to know how I was feeling about my current position and she told me that anyone incorporate America or any job will know the players and dynamics with the institutional culture within two weeks of starting the job. Don't underestimate how smart Arman is or underestimate the mess he had to deal with in his first few days

Claudia is an eternal victim and a mean girl. Everyone wants to be black until its time to be black. Claudia has reverted back to her moms side of the family and is on her Karen poor me tour. Shes very smart and trying to get ahead of the story to paint a narrative because shes wrong. Shes an emotional coworker and that will never work with an ensemble cast. Claudia needs to learn to go to work and go home. She is the puppet master. Armons ink wasn't even dry on his contract for him to have all that venom. That was all Claudia. Claudia is on a world tour meanwhile Al (the victim in this mess) is just as quiet and has been professional and tactful. Claudia doing all that shes doing to try to get ahead of things and paint a picture of herself as the victim says a lot about her

Claudia looks like a black woman so she can't choose. I think the tension was so obvious behind the scenes that Armon peeped it immediately. Plus if Claudia allegedly told him info (she denied it) Armon would've told it ASAP after the cancellation

So have I worked with people I couldn’t stand. But I would have to remind myself this, ‘ I may have to work with an azzhole, I don’t have to spend my free time with them/that person.’ That means when I’m off the clock, I don’t mess with the person. No lunch, no after work functions. But here’s the exception, if I must be in the same room during off work times ( you still must network). I would keep my distance, respectfully, from that person.

They became complacent and yes, Al should be embarrassed. I don’t care what anyone says, Al was following Funky in the department of arrogance without the subscribers Funky has….Al’s unhappiness at his job really started to show when Funky left, a lot of times, you could tell Al had no clue of topics being discussed and that he didn’t do the work to find out. It didn’t look good when he called Funky on live and now his bestie is speaking for him on different platforms, I like Al, but he’s to old.
@ToDoListChecklist5 күн бұрын
This part! Al is the Meghan McCain of TGIF. He let his arrogance and wannabe pedigree get him got and disrespected Claudia and Armon one too many times. Sadly, where Claudia tried to play nice, Armon came with an uzi and sprayed the hell out of Al’s arrogant behind. Al thought he was the heir apparent when Quentin left, and got a reality check real quick.
@geminienteratyourownrisk41514 күн бұрын
@@ToDoListChecklist yep, Al completely missed an opportunity to be a leader in his community, the way he dresses and looks polished could have catapulted him in the arena of a sophisticated gentleman reporter, everyone can’t be loud. As quiet as it’s kept when Funky is Q that’s what he is….Al missed all of that.

If anyone watched Carlos King’s The Next 15 back in 2016 which Claudia was the lead of a project, and Al actually was a friend of the show to Jennifer Williams, you will learn a lot about Claudia. She really doesn’t play well with others. The project started with 6 people, and at the end only she and Karamo was left. Her attitude sucks and the fact that she’s fallen out with so many people, it’s truly high time she tells herself it CAN’T be everybody else. She doesn’t know how to lead and not let her emotions get the best of her. Men already feel as if we’re too emotional, thus can’t hold positions of power, and Claudia has set women back 50 years. It’s embarrassing.

a combo of bad press, talent contracts ending soon and low ratings since FD left is why the network probably decided to end the show.

@@somebodysmom818 That’s crazy, because regardless of a decline in ratings, that’s the only show on there that does numbers. I’ve been curious in the past and popped on to different programs and saw numbers below 100 viewers. TEAGIF was definitely pulling more than that.
