NOTE: 1 cup size is 200 ml. 1 Tea glass measure 150 ml

CHOCOLATE CAKE
Materials:
3 eggs
1 teaspoon of sugar
1-2 tablespoons of hot water
Half a glass of flour
½ cup cocoa
1 teaspoon of baking powder
For the cream;
2.5 cups of milk
Half a glass of flour
half a glass of sugar
1 tablespoon of starch
1 packet of vanilla
1 tablespoon of butter
1 bag of powdered whipped cream (it will be 1 pack, not 1 box)
For the ganache;
160 grams dark chocolate
1 box of cream (200 ml)
1 glass of milk to wet the cake
Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours. If possible, 1 night.

SALAD WITH GARNISH
2 glasses of noodles (boil in water like pasta, you can add 1 teaspoon of salt while cooking.
2 cups boiled garnish

1.5 cups chopped pickles
2 cups strained yogurt

FOR SAUCE;
1 water glass measure of oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon vinegar
2 tablespoons of flour
For the above;
Egg yolk
Sesame

LEMON CHEESECAKE
FOR THE BASE:
1 pack of oatmeal biscuits
75 g melted butter
CREAM SECTION:
250 g strained yogurt
Half glass of sugar
Half a pack of vanilla
Half a pack of cream (100 g)
1 tablespoon of flour
1 tablespoon of starch
2 eggs
LEMON SAUCE:
1 glass of water
1 tablespoon of starch
Juice of half a lemon
zest of half a lemon
Turmeric with the tip of 1 teaspoon. 1/4 of that.
Optional 1 teaspoon vanilla.
To decorate it;
melted white chocolate
lemon slices
Pomegranate
Note: Do not remove the cheesecakes from the oven immediately after they are cooked. Open the oven door and wait for it to cool.
