Baibars Hotel and Restaurant - Just across the hill from Krak des Chevaliers castle is an amazing family who stayed in this region. They run a guest house and serve some amazing home made Syrian food including some of the best garlic grilled chicken, braised eggplant, lamb kebabs in pomegranate molasses. Krak des Chevaliers - Next we visited the stunning Krak des Chevaliers, one of the world’s most preserved and intact Crusader castles.
