Switched from Lili to Nina recently. She has taught me so much about focusing on how your opponent reacts to you and how to punish them hard for it. Definitely worth the investment and guns are fun.

Nina's literally rated S tier because of Jodd. He's making the character look OP, but hardly anybody realizes just how truly difficult it is to get the max out of her like that. This is great content by the way.

26:00 THIS is what I be trying to tell these whiners about Nina. She does NOT carry like most of the Tekken characters. When you lose to a Nina player, you’ve lost to the player and not the character. Nina mains use Nina, Nina does not use us. It’s up to the player to be precise and use all of her tools.

I just picked her up cuz I wanted to learn the matchup and i thought she was braindead, i was immediately humbled and actually adored her execution and it made me wanna actually play her

This is a great guide and an insight into Nina. There are so many ways to play her and its really up to the player on their particular style. I would also mention that the two launchers - db 3+4 and uf - 2, 1 can also be done from crouching.

Thank you so much for being one of those people that explain all controls abbreviations everything at 0:10 recently new to tekken and having to look up new abbreviations can be pretty tiring when you don't even have a clue when people shout letters and numbers together like some code

Maybe someone mentioned this by now but f3 is really good to just throw out, it’s +4 I believe , and so you can catch your opponent mashing. But is a high and can be ducked.

wow! hearing Jodd for the first time. I'm an anna main, but sadly she isn't on tekken 8 (hoping she comes out in the future). was forced to use nina since she's kinda similar to anna. anyway, when i started tekken 8 - i was pretty much relying on the vids of jodd on how to play nina. helped me a lot! thank you for this video!

Feeling real good as a first time tekken player in red ranks maining Nina. I get washed a lot, but definitely forced me to learn why I was losing or winning by playing Nina I think so far. @26:00 Exactly that! In order to beat decent/ better (than me) players I feel like I have to play damn near perfect gameplan.

well that's real cool but what is i dont know the Tekken 7 inputs? The game isnt telling me the old commands for the throws. I can do it i am sure but I literally cant look at it in this game.

As tekkengodsupreme nina I actually learned alot from this video. F4 being hit confirmable was mind blowing. Great video. There's alot he didnt touch on like her guaranteed launch setup from qcf1 and her back sway launcher being only minus 12. I did cover alot of her stuff in my why nina is stier video but yeah jodd had some key info here thanks

I really love nina cuz she so elegant and i win lots with her. But i am so fustrated in the end cuz i cant pilot her well. Shame i gave up and picked up jun and asuka instead. If you want to main nina you just gotta be a full time tekken person. Peace!
