You guys are awesome. I loved the basketball analysis but the training and bio-mechanics/med content is very interesting and unique. I feel like Philly or the Bulls need you on their training and medical staff lol

People want a video about confidence in basketball and I agree. From my experience, technique can only get you so far, but confidence is the differentiating factor when finishing or making shots. Please make a video about it.

No. I put so many hours into practicing to perfection yet I didn't get confident. Putting in Work is important to get better skills. But it's not the difference between confidence and low self-esteem. It's the difference between being smart and stupid. There's no miracle solution to confidence. Confidence is a CHOICE. You have to overcome yourself. And you do that by fighting the voices in your head that tell you you're worthless. When? Every second of everyday, you fight, never give up. You WILL fail, repeatedly. Fighting means you stand up and go again. Cause no matter how many hours you train, no matter how much confidence you have or what level you reach failure will ALWAYS be around the corner. Make your choice, every second of everyday

lebron james No, you don't gain confidence by putting work in. Confidence is a choice.

Basil Mwera Makokha Not really I don't just say "I'm gonna be confident" and all of a sudden I am. Obviously there is a mindset though, and stuff like that, but the bigger thing IS putting in work. If I practice thousands of times on my step back jumpshot, when I go into a game, I will feel comfortable and confident shooting a step back because I know I can make it and have seen what I can do.

Highlight Reel saying your confident and being confident are 2 completely different things. They have one thing in common. They're both choices. Life is all about choices every breath you take is a choice.

Great video, thank you! PS Knee valgus isn't just about weak glutes, it's often caused by a flat feet, which make knees cave in. So an athlete need to work on both feet and glutes (may be even need to add soles) ✌️

King James there's no miracle to it. That's like asking someone else how to be yourself. Confidence is a choice. Keep fighting. Never give up. What you're afraid of is failure. And you WILL fail repeatedly. You have to be willing to do so.
