Many players' movement mechanics define the course of their career. Will talented players reach their potential if they are constantly injured? Sometimes the answer is no. The good thing is, there are ways to check if you are prone to injuries already, and also to fix it! Check out how above!

23TDJ I think movement mechanics are tricky. Obviously teams are investing more and more into sports science, so its not like teams dont know about this stuff. Its just unclear what really needs to be change and what can be changed.

The Crazy thing about getting a major injury is that when you see the thing the caused the injury where someone else did it, you can see them getting injured that way aswell. It’s like a superpower in a way and if you’re a trainer it could seriously help you critique a player

I've noticed that sometimes when you step forward when cutting your knee still points inwards? Is this bad for your knee? What I mean by this is when you take a long step before a cut, your leg has to extend out and your knee pushes inwards a little bit. It doesn't cave, it just naturally does this.

I'm 90 good but I'm afraid to be an injury prone but that was the only mechnic that i was bad at

@nelsonavila2573
@nelsonavila2573 6 жыл бұрын
If your feet are structurally flat, meaning you were born with flat feet, than insoles really is the best thing for you. However, most people have fallen arches because of weakened intrinsic foot muscles. If that's your issue, then work on strengthening your arches and also gradually start walking barefoot sometimes. Doing some research on this stuff will help a lot.

My knees didn't cave in on any of the exercises on the landing. On the vertical jump though, doing a run up and jumping off a 1-2 plant my knees caved in a tad and on my jumpshots off the dribble I find I cave my knees in but not on the catch & shoot. On the exercises I my knee felt like it was going too far forward and there was stress on it but it never actually went over the toes, however on the single leg foot tap my knee was borderline in-line with my toes. How can I improve the few flaws I had?
