Salamat teach!! I actually work for other companies with higher pay.. Pero walang career growth..Kaya I decided to work with acad. Because of your vlogs i want to be a trial teacher like you.. You are my idol.. Kahit tumal now sa acad. Laban parin!

Sa una lang yan teach. On my first week I did not have any classes, one my first 3 months, I always earned 7-15k per month, but I invested (2 internet providers, lighting etc) my salary and sacrificed unpaid hours to be a trial tutor then a top tutor :) Now I earn 17-24k every 2 weeks. It is possible! There is career growth here. Pro tip: be a TM's pet, so many opportunities open when you are a valuable asset to your TM :)

The thing about kids with hyperactivity and ADHD is that, their brains run like 20 things at the same time at 100mph, and slowing down makes them struggle because they're not used to slow and they always want something new to give them dopamine (the "reward" chemical the brain releases). Your method is spot on and caters really well with the young spongey minds of these kids. I personally have ADHD and watching you teach fast but consistent and engaging feels so refreshing.

1 OF 2 REASONS. 1 he is not happy with your attendance so he locks it to "punish" you and to prevent attendance problems in the future. 2 he wants to reserve that time slot for a trial class

@TeachaKaren3 жыл бұрын
Hahaha just never get tired of redirecting their attention to the lesson. Or use that as a reward. Everytime you finish a task, you can allow her to talk about something then redirect to the lesson again. Worst case scenario, just be a good listener 😅

Hii cher. I experienced this one. My first student was having tantrums, she don't want to study. She's kept on saying 'I wanna play!" And sometimes she will punch her ipad 🤦🏻♀️ and I was like "Come on my dear, we need to finish your lesson. Don't worry, teacher is here to help and guide you, look dear here's an ice cream for you" And she was like "Noooooooo! I wanna play!" Sumakit yung utak ko cher. Hahaha 😒😅 Give me some advice please! 😘 Sana pamansin mo to 😊
@TeachaKaren3 жыл бұрын
Hello teacha! Kapag ganyan ang student mo, wala ka talaga magagawa. 1. As long as you constantly motivate and encourage the student to participate, you should be safe from complaints. 2. Leave a note for the parents about the challenges you have in class (try to phrase it positively) 3. Ask the student "can I talk to you mommy?"
