The funny thing is, he proved HIMSELF wrong and he still didnt get it. After watching this, I hope the police revokes his driving license and the company that pays him will dismiss him as a driving instructor or driving laws teacher. In my country the same teacher does both.

He is a teacher for "arguments class". He will teach you how to argue until the sun comes up. And when he has enough he will threaten you with the ultimate argument "it's your fault if he dies in an accident" as he leaves

Driving with no sight (stickers) is bad enough, but he even said beforehand, that he will get in a car accident, so he knowingly and willingly endangered other people. That should be more than enough reason for revoking his license. At least it would be in the country I'm living in, don't know the laws in Russia, but it would surprise me, if they could not revoke his license for that.

Even if he just says they are not allowed to stop cars from driving on the sidewalk, as that is what he meant. This would mean, nobody other than police would be allowed to stop a thief or any other crime. "Hey, that guy is beating up your wife!
