In this video, Elizabeth Frisbie, early childhood mental health consultant, shares her expertise on supporting the well-being of early childhood educators. STAR NET also interviewed a variety of staff from two programs in Illinois about how they prioritize teacher well-being. Discussion questions and handouts are included with the video to encourage reflection among administrators and staff. Our goal is for this video to put a spotlight on the need for focusing on teacher well-being and creating a positive work climate where relationships matter, so teachers, families, and children can reach their full potential.
