Hey teach looks like you hit your goal of 100k congrats very big milestone accomplished. Just an f.y.i. I used this method on ASE with the alpha dragon and did 11,500 dp per swing, it is very effective but didn't survive the fire attack lol

Way more testing needed teach. The offset of balance between dps, no health, weight, ect is meh, how can we get this higher and make practical? Whats best dino mount to use for this? Im excited to see what you do with this!

I’ve been a melee bob for a few years I use 300 hp 300 weight 10 fort and the rest melee as long as you have capped flak health doesn’t matter too much

100 hp and weight u won’t accomplish much. Find a good balance and there’s definitely a use in a melee build

Congrats on 100k! What is the pike like when compared to the sword? Similar damage just slower?

Longer range. Idk damage numbers but weaker. Can even pierce through enemies to strike multiple in a row. Ex getting picked you can stab the rider through the bird

Hey Teach, great vids ! Do you know why i can"t kill or damage tame that i didnt claim yet (like baby rex or every tame that just pop out of eggs). I need to tame them and then i can damage them. Do you know why ?

Because you're on a pve server.

@@kodarin8121 oh yes thats right, and what cause this ? It is because there is some kind of protection where you cannot kill dino that are not part of your tribe ? But Can you change that setting to act like wild dino when not claim ?

@@MisterFuzZe That's correct. As far as I know, there is no way to change it without switching server to pvp. I haven't tried, though.

You're better off using a pike or ten sword rather than the crappy useless sword tbh. While 32k damage is good, but in PVP, the normal sword is not good. But in PVE, that's a different story.
