Once again, another fantastic, simple tutorial, that even a daily Excel user of 20+ years can use and enjoy. I only half-@$$ed date formulas in the past, but this video makes you focus on the parts for a few seconds, and not so long that you get the urge to skip ahead. ALSO - I've only ever gone to the Formulas tab to use the Name Manager. Never even noticed the Function Library. That's great, thank you.

Brad i'm really glad you found this helpful!!! And I'm glad the pace was good this time. I'm trying not to go too slow or too fast but its hard to strike a good balance sometimes - depends how much coffee I have haha

@@TeachExcel People can always speed it up if they need to. Nice to have it leisurely paced so you don't miss something, or have to rewind, pause, etc..

You can use the contact page on teachexcel.com but I'm focused on finishing my vba course at the moment so I might not have time for one-on-one training.

As a heading to a spreadsheet in XL I want to put: MARCH 2024. How do you do that? The computer will automatically enter 3/1/2024 or something else that is of no use to me and the explanation does not cover such case.

I just want to type 1123 and have it return 1/1/23

I would just love to type 12/10 and it be converted to 12-Oct, and not 10-Dec. I know logic is boring but I like to see the day before the month. Excel doesn't seem to allow this. I mean that is just the way we speak. We say today is the 12th of October. We don't say today is October the 12th. Well we don't anyway...
