If Janice has pain in her knees I recommend her doing knees over toes zero ability program to help her regain strength and balance in her lower body

I had WRECKED knees ie two knee surgeries on my right and “need” one for my left. I’ve been doing that program for about 5 months now and I’m confidently skating and jumping around. Haven’t been able to do that since 2016!

Love the video! Beginners love to see Janice skating! It gives us a lot of confidence to go out and try new things!! I was scared seeing her going downhill without protections!!! And being scared about a car, is also normal, last time it happened to me I jumped on the bushes in the side of the street, with the bad luck that they were full of thorns!! Great video! I got edea figure inline skates and i come from rollerskates. Now i think that my ankles are not strong enough because i can't stand very straight on my right feet. Can i improve my ankle strength somehow or does that happen while skating a lot?? Thanks!

Hey Ricardo, hey everyone ! I may wanna change my Rollerblade Tempest (90) for something that can absorb bad asphalt better. I only skate around the lake where I live (Annecy, France ✌), using the bicycle path which isn't very smooth. Should I go for 3 wheels, something like the Twister Edge 110 maybe ? I know it's more of a urban skate but I may like something that has good versatility. And good speed. I've been skating for 20 years, I'm not a pro but I can handle myself ^^ Any advice ? I read 3 wheels absorb bad roads better, that's why I'm asking :)
