It's never going to happen, console players hate change. I've had people in Xbox parties argue that I'm lying you can change your buttons, or just outright refuse to because it's too hard to get used to clicking a single different button.

​@@limeshakeI changed LB to X for crouch on Xbox and so when plot twist came it was impossible to use the perk because it was then tied to the same button, and don't get me started on the pinhead bullshit being with the same button as a pallet throw, or vault. Can't change that on console.

Plot twist is 32 seconds. Healing is 16 seconds. Some people try to 99 heal and let plot twisted person to use it. Healing that way saves time, thats why its better to let heal yourself, then press shift (in case person doesnt know about plot rwist) and then get up. Even with mangled it doesnt take 32 seconds to heal, so win/win situation.
