Education for bipolar schio poopy head dukey breath is awesome.We need to all help and be educated on the mental health .It is a real disease that is determined and observed by reading minds of other people, judging what might or could, what they could or can't . We need to help and educate when or where to use the "stare" .To decide each other's help meter... its not perfect .but its help man...its help in a way we got to help.Its a help so strong that a help bonds people who help or waiting for help and don't even know it..yes help. 👌plotting help.

So if not the police then who. In florida when a DCF agent have to go check on a child a deputy goes along to protect DCF and to document any criminal violations. There’s only so many LEO to go around

This should have been addressed decades ago.with all those upward bound braniac yes men and yes ladies as executive officers.police are being asked to do something theentals kin won't do.not to mention the mental being upset because their payee kin has taken their checks.ask patrol officers,I did many police ride alongs
