(Un)amusingly, the final few seconds show that not only is the cap bolt not tightened, but a split lock washer is being used under the bolt head. This style of "locking" washer should never be used in a critical application as they can "open up" and fail to secure the bolt. That could be an operational disaster with such a bearing. It's also not clear if the two outer races should have their own fasteners holding the two halves together independent of the cast iron housing. I'd hope so...
