Hi Phil, how difficult is it to switch between slides and an iPad for drawing? I need to go from presentation to demonstration frequently.

Easy :) just screen share and this will then take over the screen straight away. So just keep switching between each screen share :)

Hi I have the whiteboard App but it does not appear in the share tray in Teams. Do I have to change any settings within Teams for this to happen. Any advice would be appreciated.

Could he a few things that. Make sure you have ‘new meeting experiences selected’ and you are using the full app not the web browser.
