After of doing everything in the Microsoft suite for a month, I decided to back to Google for email, calendar and document management. I still have a personal MS 365 account where I have desktop apps, and I have Basic license so I can use Teams. Lastly, I had a very bad customer service experience, completely turned me off.

This was a very helpful video describing a feature I didn't even know was in a product I use every day! One question I have is, if a whiteboard is associated to a meeting, but you have multiple meetings on the same topic, can you easily associate a previous meeting whiteboard with new calendar events? I assume if you set recurring calendar events it would work that way, but sometimes that's not possible to do with many participants.

4 months ago, I was using the Whiteboard while on Google Meet. For whatever reason, it kept messing up the computer. As in the laptop would be restarting every time whiteboard was on during a Google Meet conference. I tried a bunch of times and the same thing happened. I'll try to test this out again and see if the recent updates to both Google Meet and whiteboard have resolved this issue. I like the whiteboard's features. Though now, Google Meet has this "jamboard" thing that's also cool.

The thing we use most on whiteboards are dry wipe markers. So much so I would only regard a virtual whiteboard as a whiteboard if there were some way of replicating a dry wipe pen.... Other than trying to use the mouse.

What about if i want to create a meeting with people outside my Organization (so outside my Teams...in Teams). I would like to use the whiteboard during an online meeting and every "guest" could see what I'm writing. I don't mind if they cannot write. Also most "guests" use a tablet for participating. Within the mobile teams app (Android) i dont have any whiteboard button...so how would i proceed with this? Thank you

Hi Leila, thank you for the video. I am moving from Mural to Whiteboard and I am a little frustrated with Whiteboard. The stickynotes have very limited functionality. I can write as much as I want in a stickynote but only a portion of the text is visible. I tried to work around this by increasing the size of the stickynote but this doesn't solve the problem because the text increases in size as well. I can not find any way to size the text independent of the size of the stickynote either - this is the first Microsoft product I've worked with where I can size the text. I was wondering if you might have a work around. I did a google search and I am seeing many other people that are frustrated with the same issue. Thanks for your help.
