I feel like the only balance rapid is toga oddly enough since you have to actually aim with all her skills and the beta is “get off me” tool which does decent damage

While true. That giant combo takes your shields completely and depending on the class of character will leave you with half half or almost no health LOL. So idk about balanced but she does feel like I be more wary of how I travel with my Gamma cause that's the big combo ender. I'm curious tho, Is froppy not balanced in your eyes?

Would you consider PM a good counter to hawks? I can see the vision with his beta being able to stun but its hard to really hold hawks down to after he flies with SA much less he gets his beta free flight off

I don’t believe so, hawks has so much mobility it’s hard to get consistent hits with his alpha at least in my experience. And when going for a long range beta with PM if hawks holds down his alpha ur gonna get shredded😢 and his DJ punch loses to hawks beta if both are used at the same time.

No one counters Hawks yet. PM is one of the best to play hawks against as a single scream can nearly kill with a boombox, but no one outright counters.

​@@T.GundhamTo be honest that's cap. If you're fighting hawks in solos with kiri you can use your special action and just gamma him when he tries beta. But if we're talking team battles totally agree with you they be using the cheese strike Deku, strike Dabi, and hawks team.
