"If you love what you do, challenges become opportunities.”
How do athletes become true students of the game? How do you strive to improve your game performance or be a better leader, and never settling for just “good enough”?
In today’s episode, I sit down with Mano Watsa, the driving force behind PGC Basketball, to talk about leadership, mental toughness, and personal growth, both on the court and in the business world. We dive into ideas like building a commitment-based culture, balancing acceptance of where you are today with striving for more, and how to help athletes really become students of the game.
