This message need to be heard more in our public schools. I wish I would have heard this message when I was younger and when my kids were younger. Definitely a message that need to be heard more and especially in our school systems. It will totally revolutionize our educational system. Thanks.

This guy is soo passionate, and so right. I can feel his heart in everything he says. Also it's easier to get through the hard times when you have something good to focus on, instead of focusing on making as few mistakes or bad times as you can. A much happier and more positive view on the world.

Thank you, Chris, for a most inspirational talk. After 45 years of teaching alongside your parents, I have retired and would like to think that somewhere I strived to look for the good in kids. Maybe you have helped a few more make a difference.

I appreciate the speakers passion for helping children stay connected to the gifts they bring to the world! What a world it would be if we all had a teacher in our lives like him. Thank you sir, blessings for your mission🙏✨

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I am with you on strength-based education. Our educational system over emphasizes in academic and intellectual areas and forgets to see a more holistic picture. We also need to focus on teamwork, kindness, and other types of intelligence. I love this beautiful quote, "It's our role as elders to find that gift in children and to nurture that gifts over time so that they become our future doctors, nurses, artists, and teachers." It is time we need to embrace a higher paradigm and a more holistic educational system so we can value all strengths.

Too much 'why' not enough 'how'. HOW do you actually go about bringing out the best in people. Pffff. Frustrating.
@kathleendorn36463 жыл бұрын
Connections. For “how”, Jessica Minnehan has the right ideas. “Behavior Code” Or “Bringing Out the Best in People” Aubrey Daniels.
