I deleted any softdrinks from my drink list, I drink water everyday every time (sometimes OJ but once a week). Amazing tips and i have been doing these (except the pores, but will do now). ONLY THING I HAVE TO ADD IS, Instead of a dermaroller, i would suggest a derma stamp, a lot of them have adjustable length and it works better because with a roller, the needles don't go in and come out straight, it can cause extra tearing and also damage the needles faster.

Yeah, there is a point in that. The scrub must be applied once a week. Moreover, in video at 8:24 the article is about cleansing gel and simultaneous use of cleansing brush.

The scrubber is like a physical peeling and loosens the top layer of skin. This skin layer eg. stores water, protects against bacteria and much more. It's important to use a moisturizer (or oils) afterwards and give the skin time to build a new protective layer. If you exfoliate your face every day, your skin becomes very sensitive and dry. The result: your skin will release more sebum than before because it wants to become greasy. This leads e.g. pimples. Therefore, never use such skin scrubbers every day, but at most 1-2 times a week. Ideally in the evening, then you can apply a thicker layer of cream and the skin has enough time to recover overnight.
