Please don't take any medical advice from random people (refering to the part where he talks about the teeth whitening and acne treatment). The whitening strips are not recomended because there are differents types and some of them contain chemicals that could seriously damage the enamel of your teeth. Just use whitening toothpaste or visit your dentist. The acne treatment he suggests is a complete no. The acne is caused by your genetics (meaning due to hormonal imbalance and other complicated processes that occur in your body during puberty, pregnancy and early adulthood cause your skin to be prone to bacterial infections and that actually causes the case of acne) you can't get rid of it you can only suppress it and usually this is achieved by the use of antibiotics until you reach a certain age where hopefully the acne dissapears on its own. If you experience such problem visit your dermatologist before taking any magical supplements that claim to cure acne.

Yeah, he forgot that the skin is more complex than he perceives it. Choosing a product is a hit or miss, some will work, some will make it worse. It's so complex that the cause of your acne might be vitamin deficiencies, your diet, stress, your sleep, hygiene, gluten intolerance, sugar, dairy products, and ofc genetics. People who never once had acne will never understand how difficult it is to get rid of them

Sure tall buff rich guys might get more opportunities, but you really just need to have a nice looking face, decent height and know how to speak to women. I struggle with severely crooked teeth. I never got braces as a teenager since my parents couldn’t afford it. I finally decided to get them at 20, but I needed to get 6 teeth pulled to even get my braces on due to severe crowding. I also needed to pick up an extra job to pay for the braces and surgery. I’m about 2 months in my braces journey and am already noticing improvements in my teeth.

Be careful when using minoxidil for beard growth, it comes with sometimes seriohs side affects. Some include higher blood pressure, slower heart beat rates just to name a few, the good thing about minoxodil is that side affects stop the moment you stop using it, but do your research on what works
