Update: im on a calorie deficit for the entire summer break so far about 800-1500cals a day and ofc ive been doing extra pushups so i basically turned from 1 like = 5 pushups to 1 like = 13-15 pushups, anyways my back has definitely grown bigger and my weight now is 78.3 kg

I would say that icebaths are better for fatloss than using a sauna. Its the same as with drinking the cold water. While in the icebath your metabolism slows down a lot, but burns way more calories warming you up again. When you are in the Sauna, your heart has to beat faster to keep up your blood pressure, but slows down your metabolism after that to get you cooled down again. Thats why i would say the study is done incorrect. It measures not the whole impact of the temperatures on your body But overall i like to combine both. Maybe eating one snickers less would have more benefit for someone trying to lose weigh instead of thinking about saunas oder icebaths 😂
