Using your body instead of pulling with arms, details with balance and momentum...this is the ju component of jujutsu or jiu to jiu-Jitsu. It’s great to see the old science applied to modern methods. Great work!

I was wondering about your opinion on the wresting leg/ankle lace and whether it has its place in the modern bjj game. bill zadick has a really sweet video on the wrestling leg lace that I watch from time to time and it got me thinking. It's funny to read the comment section from MMA fans. Yes, Tony Ferguson is a wrestler, and like any wrestler he knows basic Ankle Pick. But how about taking hats off for Cael Sanderson on this one? The guy literally build a career out of Ankle Pick! Going undefeated during his 4 x NCAA champion run (only person in history to ever do so) and winning the Olympic gold. Ankle Picked pretty much everyone on the planet, including Daniel Cormier, Kamaru Usman and Yoel Romero.... multiple times.... on same match!!! Now that's some credintials right there.
