Nice! If you have any boxers there, they should know the level change is the same mechanics as a "bob" in bob and weave. everything from your hips up should be dropping just as quick as gravity and the counter action of your legs collapsing will allow for a quick drop followed by an explosive shot for a grappler or a weave and counter strike for a boxer.
