Nice! If you have any boxers there, they should know the level change is the same mechanics as a "bob" in bob and weave. everything from your hips up should be dropping just as quick as gravity and the counter action of your legs collapsing will allow for a quick drop followed by an explosive shot for a grappler or a weave and counter strike for a boxer.

just what i needed coach! i've been wrestling for a bit over two years now, and have been doing BJJ for about 4 months now. im trying to get my wrestling to work in mma circumstances, and i feel this part is one of the most important

I got the pro grappling dummy 4 months ago and it is awesome. But it is not good for throws or take downs. I have been looking for a throwing dummy and some good video. Thanks
