A CORRECTION: I was correct in saying that FSR was running at half of the resolution, because I realised it’s a setting that was enabled, roughly translating to Pixel Doubling. The footage that you see of me playing the game on my 2008 gaming laptop has it disabled (which is the option by default. I selected every option on my main laptop without checking what each setting does) - though whether it's enabled or disabled, it makes very little difference to the FPS. My average FPS with both modes was identical (at 71fps) on my main laptop. While I don't have fraps on the retro gaming laptop, to my eyes, the FPS seemed about the same with Pixel Doubling enabled, or disabled. For those curious, the highest FPS on my main laptop was 112, and the lowest was 44. That's a huge performance dip.

I have my copy of FSR sitting on the shelf and collecting dust. And as you mentioned - it's Polish version, bought for 9,99zł in Auchan (iirc) :)

Not all games were shown in the video. For example, there is no Amsterdam Street Racer or Street Racer Europe 2.

Amsterdam Street Racer had a small mention in the Taxi special iirc, as it was a very similar game. That being said, I have never heard of Street Racer Europe 2. I’ll have to make an addendum to this video and include it!

These street racing games by Team 6 Game Studios after Shanghai Street Racing, and later SuperStreet: The Game. I haven't tried these 3 of them but Shanghai Street Racing and SuperStreet: The Game. However, they don't seem to be badly developed although they're not greatly created either.
