When Sarada uses her enchanted strength I think she makes that specific part of her body really durable. When sarada uses her strength to punch the ground it never hurts her hands so she probably just focused her chakra on her arms to block the attack without damaging herself badly

I feel like some people don’t understand how much justice “anime canon” can do for a series. Especially a series in which its manga falls short in some areas. Just look at episode 179 titled “Victor’s Scheme.” You’d be surprised, because that episode felt SO important to the plot, but guess what? It wasn’t in the manga AT ALL. In the manga, we just skip to some unknown airship we literally know nothing about. Sarada’s second tomoe is also a crucial thing they added as well.

Fights like this are my favorite where all the characters get there own type of spotlight 😎. What the franchise is doing is really clever. When the anime started, many didn't like it and preferred to stick to the manga only. So what the franchise did is that they made the manga to cover only the main plot points and then they made the anime as the "fill in the gaps" kind of thing so that people will not lose interest/have faith in the anime again. So far, they're actually doing the great job.
